JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Family Law Senior Associate Attorney in the Greater Boston area. In this hybrid role, you will receive a competitive salary range of $100K-$125K and a benefits package, including:

As a Family Law Senior Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for mentoring and training junior attorneys by:
- Providing guidance and feedback on legal strategies, case management, and client interactions
- Sharing expertise through training and collaborative cases
- Managing a caseload of complex family law matters
- Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
The successful Family Law Senior Associate Attorney applicant will have a Juris Doctor degree, at least 5 years of family law experience, and admission to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong advocacy skills and a passion for mentoring junior attorneys
- Excellent litigation and negotiation skills with extensive trial experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, manage time, and remain organized
- Commitment to client service, ethics, and professionalism
